I got a couple of years out of my Olympus Stylus 720, and I'm not one to discourage curiosity, or tinkering, but when your camera is acting up don't take it apart unless you know what your doing. After the lens cover stopped opening on my camera I thought, "what the hell I'll just take it off." Bad call. Now it dosn't work at all, and feel cheated when i see something photo worthy.This is one of the last photos taken with her.

i moved on to analog.

They do repair for free!
even if I took it apart myself and lost a screw?
